Park Rental FAQ:

How much is the lot rent?

Lot rent ranges from $685-$695 per month based on the location and size of the lot. 

Does Riverbend Park require a security deposit?

Yes. A minimum security deposit of $400 is required at the time of lease signing. An additional deposit up to a total deposit equivalent to 2 months lot rent may be required depending on credit and income screening results.

What is included with the rent?

Lot, carport and storage, garbage and recycling pickup, street snowplowing and maintenance, playground and use of the Community Room.

When is the rent due?

The rent is due on the first day of the month.

Are there any breed restrictions for dogs in the apartment community?

Yes, breed restrictions do apply. While we welcome many types of dogs, certain breeds are not permitted. Please contact our leasing office for a complete list of restricted breeds and to ensure your pet meets our community guidelines.
